BC Safety Charter Forum on Accountability

On October 20^th, 2017, there will be a breakfast forum with Signatories on Accountability.  The discussion will focus on both “accountability to the BC Safety Charter” and “accountability in your workplace”.  A KPI tool will be used to help show one method that Charter Signatories can both evaluate their individual “safety scores” and compare their results with the average in the room.

At the end of the discussion a proposed definition of “Accountability to the Safety Charter” will be made, including feedback on how effective the KPI tool was and if it could/should become a regular part of the BC Safety Charter toolkit.
