On February 2nd, 2018, there will be a breakfast forum with Signatories on Safety Succession Planning. We will hear how our host came to be in his role, what safety means to his organisation, and how he mentors his staff to share his principles in safety. We will then have workgroup discussions on members methodologies, culminating in a list of ways that you can build safety succession planning and mentoring into your business. The results of this session will be shared with other Charter Signatories on the LinkedIn group page.
After the discussion, time permitting, an update on the KPI tool will also be given (used to help show one method that Charter Signatories can both evaluate their individual “safety scores” and compare their results with the participant average).
