After suffering a personal loss in 2015, Bill chose to make a difference in Mental Health awareness focussing his attention on the science surrounding Mental Health, and what technologies can be proactive, predictive, and preventative. In addition, the Erika Elkington Legacy Foundation was created by Erika’s family and friends in 2016. It stands as a legacy to the person Erika was. The Foundation hopes by engaging people and communities, they can build an endowment that remains in perpetuity. The Erika Legacy Foundation will strive to build safer and inspired communities for years to come. It will partner with, and award grants to, other charitable causes that they feel capture the spirit of what Erika believed in, and what the foundation stands for.
