We are all in a war for talent. CapriCMW is no different than any of our clients. We, like you, also are having hard time attracting and retaining staff. So we feel your pain. Over the past 18 months, our Group Benefits and Retirement consultants have been helping our clients develop or amend their total rewards programs to make them more competitive. We have been using our plan benchmarking tool to evaluate the competitiveness of their plans and working within their budget to implement changes.
On June 2nd, Amar will be going through an example of a client that he is working with who improved their plan without a substantial increase to the total rewards budget. He will also share some of the tactics CapriCMW has implemented to help them retain staff.
Amar Munjal
Amar has specialized in group retirement services since 2007, having worked with one of the largest insurance companies in Canada. During his tenure, he held several roles, which allowed him to see every aspect of the business. Working with business owners, leaders of finance and human resources has provided him with the opportunity to gain insight on how an employee retirement plan aids the long-term success of a business.
In 2015, Amar decided to join CapriCMW, one of the top Advisory firms in Western Canada as a Group Retirement Consultant. At CapriCMW, Amar leads the Group Retirement practice for the firm and has been recognized as a partner. Amar designs and delivers effective retirement plans that support his clients in retaining and recruiting quality employees. He helps employees understand all the benefits that their plan has to offer while positioning them for a successful retirement. As a Partner, his goal is to help clients apply best practices and proactively manage their retirement program in an efficient, cost-effective way.
