Kristen Stinson, Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer, Regency Fireplace Products

Kristen leads the company’s global people strategy with a strong focus on fostering a culture of health, safety, and empowerment. Recognized for her exceptional business acumen and versatility, Kristen has also been entrusted with oversight of several key functions beyond HR and Safety, including Product Development, Branch Operations, Technical Services, and IT.

Kristen is a seasoned HR executive with over 30 years’ experience across manufacturing, energy, forestry and healthcare. She has led transformative initiatives that align people strategy with business goals and foster inclusive, high-performing cultures. Kristen excels in designing programs that enhance workplace safety, engagement, and performance.

Kristen is completing her last course for her Master of Arts degree in work, organization, and leadership, and holds a human resource/labour relations degree both through Athabasca University. She also holds four professional designations in HR and Safety (CHRP, SHRM-SCP, CRSP, CSP).
