Topic: AI in the workplace
Learn about how Artificial Intelligence will be affecting your business and employees. Marc Low, of KPMG will be presenting on issues that need to be considered when implementing AI into work processes.
Session overview:
GenAI is here, it’s real, and it’s creating value for organizations as we speak. Leaders are being challenged to move the conversation from “how real is it?” to “how might this re-shape my org?”.
That transformation requires leaders to walk a tightrope from an old model to a new one – and hold the tension of profit motives and efficiencies against the very real responsibility leaders have for the employees and constituents they serve.
We’ll explore this journey together and share some potential routes forward for our people and our organizations.
